What Is Vacuum Gauge?

Vacuum gauges measure pressures below atmospheric, used in vacuum packaging, PVD/CVD coating, and chemical distillation. Vacuum calibration requires high-accuracy reference gauges and good temperature control to minimise pressure offset effects.
